President/CEO

Patrick T. Connor has over 65 years of environmental compliance experience related to asbestos-containing materials, lead-based paint, risk management, indoor air quality, moisture infiltration, and fungal growth. Patrick serves as CONNOR’s Technical Director providing consistent program oversight utilizing state of the art documented methodologies, data collection and reporting tools to ensure valid risk management communications. In addition, Patrick provides subject matter expertise to update, on an ongoing basis, the CONNOR Management System (CMS) and related data collection, management and reporting tools utilized by CONNOR and its partners.

Patrick and CONNOR continue to support major disaster recovery programs throughout the country. Over the last several years, CONNOR and CMS have been deployed to five major disaster recovery programs covering more than 6,700 environmental and construction inspections.

Operations Manager – Compliance and Sustainability Solutions/ Forensics and Environmental Compliance

Michael Spangler has decades of experience in environmental services and construction. He is our principle instructor at CONNOR Institute, our Operations Manager for our Compliance and Sustainability Solutions, and leads our efforts in Forensics and Environmental Compliance.

Timothy C. Connor has over 29 years’ experience in the environmental/physical needs property inspection assessments, environmental surveys, project oversight and compliance audits. He serves as CONNOR’s Technical Director for Real-estate Due Diligence.
