Patrick Connor - President/CEO
Patrick T. Connor has over 30 years of environmental compliance experience related to asbestos-containing materials, lead-based paint, risk management, indoor air quality, moisture infiltration, and fungal growth. Patrick serves as CONNOR’s Technical Director providing consistent program oversight utilizing state of the art documented methodologies, data collection and reporting tools to ensure valid risk management communications. In addition, Patrick provides subject matter expertise to update, on an ongoing basis, the CONNOR Management System (CMS) and related data collection, management and reporting tools utilized by CONNOR and its partners.
Patrick and CONNOR continue to support major disaster recovery programs throughout the country. Over the last several years, CONNOR and CMS have been deployed to five major disaster recovery programs covering more than 6,700 environmental and construction inspections.
J. LYNN PRESTON, JR - DIRECTOR OF SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT
Since graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science in 1999, Lynn has designed and implemented custom software solutions for the construction, disaster recovery, environmental, medical, and third-party property management industries. Lynn has led the development of the world's largest environmental inspection database and has been responsible for data and process management of environmental inspections for five federally-funded disaster recovery programs encompassing tens of thousands of residential dwellings. Lynn's iOS applications have been installed on over 68,000 iPhones and iPads. His technical expertise includes Microsoft SQL Server and Reporting Services, Microsoft .NET, Objective-C, Swift, AngularJS, jQuery, and many other legacy and emerging technologies. While specific technologies come and go, Lynn relies upon the core principles of Computer Science as a guide for quality software design. He lives in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL with his wife and two young daughters, and enjoys surfing, running, technology, Formula One, and fast cars.
