Environmental Testing and Compliance

NATIONAL LEAD PAINT & ASBESTOS SERVICES

CONNOR’s National Lead and Asbestos Services Division is licensed and/or accredited in all fifty states and U.S. Territories. We work with both public and private sectors, nationwide.

LEAD-BASED PAINT INSPECTIONS

CONNOR conducts lead-based paint inspections in compliance with HUD Multifamily regulations. Our trained and experienced lead risk assessors have inspected thousands of dwellings using XRF (X-Ray Fluorescence) to determine the presence, location and quantity of lead-based paint.

ASBESTOS SURVEY

CONNOR’s asbestos surveys assess the presence, location and magnitude of Asbestos-Containing Materials. Asbestos levels are determined; cost effective recommendations, including training of property staff and the development of an Operations and Maintenance Program assist in managing the hazard with specifications for abatement, containment or removal.

LITIGATION SUPPORT

CONNOR has extensive experience providing litigation support services for Phase I Environmental Assessments, Asbestos-Containing
Materials, Lead-Containing Substances, Environmental Compliance Audits and Building Damage or Construction Controversies.
CONNOR’s litigation services include the on-site inspection of the property and detailed verbal or written reports based on documentary research, visual assessment and analytical tests. Th ese reports contain the interpretation of results and CONNOR will provide assistance in developing cases. Additionally, CONNOR retains documentation relating to the case, including photographs, color slides or video film. We will also provide cost estimates as well as our expert testimony.
